About Bill Burke

Bill Burke is a Broker/REALTOR® and Team Lead with BurkeLord Real Estate, licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Based in his hometown of Chester, New Hampshire, Bill has been a full-time real estate professional since 2008, helping home sellers and buyers throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

Bill graduated from Pinkerton Academy in 1994 and continued his education at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, where he earned two degrees. A Southern New Hampshire native, Bill has lived in Chester, Hooksett, Londonderry, Manchester and Nashua. That firsthand familiarity with the area, combined with years of residential real estate experience, gives him extensive knowledge of the communities and markets his clients are considering.

Bill began his full-time real estate career in 2008 and spent 18 years affiliated with Keller Williams before BurkeLord Real Estate moved to REAL Broker in February 2026. Bill and Jennifer Lord formed BurkeLord Real Estate in 2021 with a focus on providing experienced, full-service residential real estate representation.

Real Estate Experience & Approach

Bill works with both home sellers and buyers, with experience in home pricing, property marketing, negotiation, market trends, and the issues that can arise throughout a real estate transaction.

For sellers, Bill focuses on more than simply putting a home on the market. His experience includes developing pricing strategies, preparing properties for sale, identifying common home inspection concerns, and understanding what today's buyers are looking for in a home. For buyers, Bill provides guidance throughout the home-buying process, from evaluating properties and understanding market conditions to negotiating an offer and navigating inspections and other issues that can arise before closing. Bill believes the individual real estate agent matters. Local knowledge, communication, responsiveness, marketing strategy, negotiation skills and reputation can all have a meaningful impact on a client's experience and outcome. His goal is to give clients the information and guidance they need to make informed decisions throughout the process.

Home Marketing & Technology

Bill began investing in social media and digital marketing early in his real estate career, when many of the platforms now commonly used to market homes were still new to the industry. He invested hundreds of hours learning social media strategy, advertising, and digital marketing and later shared that knowledge with other real estate professionals.

As technology has evolved, Bill has continued to adapt his approach. Today, he uses modern digital marketing, technology, and AI-supported business systems to improve efficiency, communicate with clients, and support the marketing of his clients' properties.

For luxury home sellers, Bill also maintains an affiliation with LuxuryHomes.com, providing an additional marketing resource for qualifying luxury properties.

Chester, NH Community Involvement

Chester isn't simply a market Bill serves. It is his hometown and the community where he lives.

Bill and BurkeLord Real Estate actively support organizations, events, and youth programs throughout the local community. BurkeLord has served as the presenting sponsor of the Nutfield Holiday Parade for the past three years and is returning as the presenting sponsor again this year. The team was also a major sponsor of Chester's 300th Anniversary celebration and regularly sponsors Chester youth sports teams.

Bill also serves as a board member with Community Caregivers, continuing his involvement with an organization serving people in the local area.

For Bill, these communities are more than places where he sells real estate. They are places where he has lived, built relationships, and continues to be involved outside of his work as a REALTOR®.

Outside of Real Estate

Outside of real estate, Bill enjoys spending summers on Lake Winnipesaukee, skiing in the winter, playing golf and attending New England Patriots home games at Gillette Stadium. He is also a lifelong car enthusiast.
