Early in his career when Social Media was new, Bill made it a point to learn how to utilize social media for his real estate business. He learned from some of the top Social Media Gurus by Investing time and money into attending in person seminars as well as webinars to learn the best techniques with social media. Grasping this at such an early stage, it put Bill at an advantage over other agents. Bill not only learned the best strategies for social media marketing, he ended up also teaching it to others in the field. Having tremendous success with Social Media Marketing, giving him an advantage over most agents when selling homes. Bill also stays on top of the newest and latest evolvement for marketing and business. Bill has adapted into the AI Generation. Again learning from some of the top gurus to learn and understand how to leverage ai at a high level for his business as well as getting certified as an AI agent. This helps Bill and the BurkeLord Team stay ahead of other agents and helps put his clients at an even higher advantage. He has learned how to utilize ai to create a more streamlined service and experience for his clients, as well as utilizing ai for marketing his clients properties. Boasting an 18-year career with Keller Williams Realty, and now currently with Real Broker L.LC.,  Bill is an award-winning top agent in NH.  Over his career, he was awarded the Triple Golden Medallion Award, multiple times from Keller Williams for his stellar performance in sales volume. In 2021 Bill formed the BurkeLord Real Estate Team with partner Jennifer Lord to give a combined 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. in 2023 BurkeLord surpassed a milestone goal of $100 Million in Closed Sales Volume. Bill grew up  in Chester, NH and has lived in a variety of NH towns including Hooksett, Londonderry, Manchester, and Nashua. He currently resides in his hometown of Chester and is very involved in the community and loves to give back. BurkeLord sponsors the youth sports in Chester as well as continuously being one of the top sponsors for many different town events and programs. 

Outside of real estate, Bill enjoys spending his summers on Lake Winnipesaukee, skiing in the winter, playing golf when weather permits, and attending most Patriots home  games at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro. Bill's also has an extreme passion for cars and has ever since he was a kid.
