BurkeLord Real Estate is a residential real estate team based in Chester, New Hampshire, helping home buyers and sellers throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

Led by Bill Burke and Jennifer Lord, BurkeLord combines local market knowledge, residential real estate experience, property marketing and hands-on transaction management. Bill and Jen formed BurkeLord Real Estate in 2021 after years of working together, building a team around a straightforward idea: clients should receive experienced, responsive guidance throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home.

Today, BurkeLord Real Estate is affiliated with REAL Broker and serves clients on both sides of the New Hampshire-Massachusetts border.

Bill is BurkeLord's Founder, Broker/REALTOR® and Team Lead. Licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Bill has been a full-time real estate professional since 2008. He oversees BurkeLord's business operations and seller listings while working with buyers and sellers throughout the region.

Jen is a New Hampshire REALTOR® and BurkeLord's Director of Operations. She oversees transaction management, marketing and team operations and remains directly involved with clients and transactions from contract through closing.

Maria is a New Hampshire REALTOR® who focuses on working with home buyers throughout Southern New Hampshire. Fluent in English and Spanish, Maria works directly with buyers throughout the home search and purchase process and also provides bilingual communication support for the team when needed.

Bill and Jen bring 30 years of combined real estate experience to BurkeLord, with experience helping buyers and sellers through changing markets and a wide range of residential transactions.

That experience includes property pricing and preparation, digital home marketing, negotiation, home inspections, transaction management, and the many issues that can arise between an accepted offer and closing.
